About Me

If you’re here, something in your life may not feel the way it used to.

Maybe something feels off, but it’s hard to explain.

Maybe you’re starting to see things more clearly, and that clarity feels both grounding and unsettling at the same time.

Or maybe you’re simply trying to find your way forward after something that changed you.

You’re not alone in that.

I’m Rachel — an ordained chaplain, certified mental health coach, author, and a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors.

My work centers around helping people recognize what’s been difficult to name, rebuild self-trust, and begin reclaiming their lives in a way that feels grounded, honest, and sustainable.

Through my writing, podcast, and resources, I create space for honest conversations around healing, faith, identity, and recovery after emotional and spiritual harm.

This isn’t about quick fixes or forcing clarity before you’re ready.

It’s about learning to notice what you feel, make space for what’s true, and move forward at your own pace.

This work comes from both training and lived experience.

I understand what it’s like to question your own perception, to sort through what was real and what wasn’t, and to slowly begin trusting your voice again. That process takes time, and it deserves care.

Here, you’ll find:

  • The Reclaimed Life Podcast, where we talk through the parts of healing that are often hard to explain
  • Reflections on emotional healing, faith, identity, and recovery
  • Devotional resources designed to support you as you rebuild

This space is here to offer clarity, language, and a place to feel less alone in what you’re walking through.

You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin.

If you’re ready, you can start by listening to the podcast or exploring the reflections here.
